The shield is attached to mask and can not be removed.
No metal nose bridge on these masks. Straps are behind the ear and VERY comfortable. Should not slip on normal sizes. This mask is reusable and washable. This mask is not intended for clinical or medical use.

Washing instructions for  apparel: Turn garment inside out and hand wash in cold water with gentle laundry detergent. Lay flat or hang dry. Dry cleaning is NOT recommended for  apparel. 

Although some customers machine-wash this apparel in cold water on permanent press, it is not recommended. Cures of Africa its owners, employees, or associates assume no responsibility for any damage caused by using this cleaning method.
